DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
Yes - We Ship Globally From the UK Using A Tracked Shipping Service.
WILL I NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?
No. All international orders are shipped "Delivery Duty Paid" meaning customs duties & tariffs/taxes are paid upfront in the final price at the checkout. There will be no further charges from customs.
CAN I REFUND/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. Items purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note items will need to be returned unworn, with the original tags & labels attached, in the original packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Please complete your request on the "Contact" form or email info@hendere.com. Shipping fees for returns & exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a significant product defect, or the incorrect product or size is sent. Refunds are only processed once we confirm in writing the return item(s) have been received.
